Decor varies in the privately owned Advantage Vacation Homes, but all feature Florida-style furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, washers and dryers, and a minimum of one dining set with at least six chairs. These Kissimmee homes also include sofa beds, various bed types in each of the bedrooms, and at least two bathrooms.
Standard-level homes contain basic furnishings and decor. Luxury-level homes have more elaborate decorations and contain higher-quality furnishings. The size of both standard and luxury homes varies from 1,200 to 1,900 square feet.
Homes are cleaned before guests arrive, and no housekeeping is available while the homes are occupied. However, each home contains a vacuum and cleaning supplies.
